摘要
本文系统地描述了应用两个相邻共显性分子标记进行数量性状基因座位区间作图的方法,编写了可在容量较小的微机上运行,适合于F2,DH,BC等群体QTL作图的通用计算机程序QTLMAP-1。并给出了将一这方法应用于水稻广亲和基因及与抽穗期和每穗粒数有关的QTL区间作图的实例,将广亲和基因S^n5定位于色素原基因C和RG138之间68cM处,证实了采用质量基因定位方法所得的结果。
A statistical method was described for interval mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTL) using codominant flanking molecular markers such as RFLPs. A generalized computer software, QTLMAP-Ⅰ, suitable for use on a personal computer with low memory capacity was designed for different mapping populations including F2、BC and DH. As an example, the method was used to map QTLs related with wide compatibility, days to heading and grain number per panicle in rice. The gene for wide compatibility, S5n, was located on the interval between the chromogen locus (C) and an RFLP marker (RG138), and its distance from C was 3 cM, which confirmed the results obtained by use of the method for qualitative characters.
