摘要
利用^(32)P土壤注射研究了冬小麦根系^(32)P吸收活力的变化规律及其与器官建成的相关性.结果表明:冬前,随着气温的降低,根系^(32)P吸收活力逐渐下降.越冬后,随着气温的回升,根系^(32)P吸收活力逐步提高,其回归方程为.y=33.71-0.60x+2.72×10^(-3)x^2(r=-0.7460).起身后,植株进入营养生长与生殖生长并进期,并随着气温回升速度的加快,根系^(32)P吸收活力迅速增高,到孕穗前后达到高峰.抽穗后,根系^(32)P中吸收活力又下降,其变化符合回归方程:y=4.0749xe^(-0.0464x)(r=-0.9900).根干重的累积动态与地上部总干重、茎叶干重、穗干重的累积动态有显著的相关性.根系^(32)P吸收活力的变化与地上部干重、茎叶干重和根干重累积速率的变化是显著或极显著的正相关,而与穗干重累积速率的变化之间则存在着极显著的负相关(r=-0.9788).
The relationaship between change of root 32P absorption vigour and plant organ building in winter wheat was studied by 32P soil injection. The results showed that:1. Before winter, root 32P absorption vigour gradually decreased as the temperature fell. After winter, root 32P absorption vigour gradually increased as the temperature raised. Its regression equation was y = 33.71-0.60x+2.72×10-3x2 (r = 0.7460). After erecting, the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of plant developed simultaneously and root 32P absorption vigour raised quickly as the speeding up of temperature raising rate. It reached peak about spike formation stage and then decreased after heading. The change accorded with this regression equation: y= 4.0749xe-0.0464x (r=-0.9900**).2. The relationship between the accumulation dynamics of the dry weight of root and that of the total dry weight of aerial part, the dry weight of stem and leaf and the dry weight of spike were correlated significantly. The change of root 32P absorption vigour positively correlated with the accumulative rate of dry weight of root, aerial part and stem and leaf, but negatively correlated with the accumulative rate of spike dry weight signifiantly (r=-0.9788 **).
