颈内后交通动脉瘤16例显微外科治疗体会

EXPERIENCE IN MICROSURGICAL TREATMENT OF 16 CASES OF POSTERIOR COMMUNICATING ARTERY ANEURYSMS

报道16例顿内后交通动脉瘤显微外科治疗结果．按Hunt分级标准，Ⅰ级3例，无死亡。Ⅱ级9例，死亡1例。Ⅲ级2例，无死亡。Ⅳ级2例，无死亡,随访3～6月，按刘氏评定标准[1]，Ⅰ、Ⅱ级优良11例，死亡1例，Ⅲ级良1例，可1例；Ⅳ级可2例。文中就腰穿与CT，手术方法和术中动脉瘤破裂等问题进行讨论。

This paper Presents 16 cases of posterior Communicating artery aneurysms whichwerd treated by microsurgery' Fatients Were graded according to Hunt's standard. The operative re-sults were grade Ⅰ 3 cases, no death; gradeⅡ 9 cases, one death; grade Ⅲ 3 cases, no death; gradeⅣ 2 cases, no death. The period of follow-up ranged from 3 to 6 months, patients were evaluatedaccording go Liu Chengi's standard: grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ excellent and good in 11 cases; grade Ⅲ good in1 case, fine in 1 casel grade Ⅳ fine in 2 cases' Some experiences are discussed.
