摘要
小白鼠24小时内口服口疮灵漱口液8g／kg（相当于临床每日用量的270倍），连续观察7天，未见不良反应。对小鼠未见吸收毒性反应；对家兔结膜及皮肤无刺激作用；对豚鼠无致敏作用。
Kou Chuang Lin (KCL) consists of seven Chinese medicinal herbs, It is used forstomatisis, gingivitis and oral ulcer. It has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials re-lieving swelling and alleviating pain, astringency and promting tissue rgeneration. In toxi-test on ani-mals, the mice were given KCL 8g/kg daily 270 times of clinical dose and did not show any side reac-tions whatsoever in 7 days.
