摘要
介绍了一种齿轮连杆式使冲程抽油机的结构和工作原理,分析了这种抽油机的运动规律、机构尺寸优化设计方法、动力性能及节能效果等。结果表明,这种抽油机具有体积小、重量轻、动力性能优越及节能效果明显等优点,与游梁式抽油机相比,在相同工况下曲柄轴最大扭矩低34.19%,且扭矩波动小。
The structure and working principle of a gear-linkage long-stroke pumping unit are introduced, the motion pattern,optimization of mechanism drmensions,dynamic characteristic and power-saving effect of the unit are discussed.The result of analysis shows that the unit has advantage of small-size,light-weight,good dynamic cbaractedstic and POwer-saving effect,and its mzximum crank shaft torque is 34.19% lower than that of the beam pumping unit under same working conditions.
