摘要
离子注入工艺是钢件表面强化的一项新技术,将氮离子N+和N(++)注入38CrMoAlA钢表面渗氮层,能显著提高其表面的显微硬度和耐磨性。试验表明,水力活塞果换向总成渗氮层表面经注入氮离子强化后,使用寿命提高了2倍以上。但要使工件表面获得最高硬度和最佳耐磨性,需要优化离子注入浓度。
Implanting nitrogen ion(N++N++)into the nitrided layer on 38CrMoAIA steel sorface can remarkabiy improve the microhardness and wear resistance of the steel surface. Test shows that,after implanting nitrogen ion on the nitrided layer surface,the service life of the reversing mechanism of a hydraulic pump increases by 3 times.To obtain the highest hardness and the best wear resistance, the concentration of the implanted ion should be optimized.
