摘要
行业标准ＳＹ／Ｔ５０５９《抽油泵》中规定了整筒泵和组合泵泵隙的分挡方法，有利于大批量生产和维修。但整筒泵相邻各段泵隙范围有一小段重叠，并且与组合泵泵隙分挡的数值也略有差异，给用户选择泵隙带来困难。为了克服这种不足，依据泵隙分挡取决于柱塞选配的原则，提出了几种柱塞选配方法，以期制造厂与用户达成必要的共识。
The professional standard SY/5059 subsruface pumps gives the method Of clearance grading for both integral barrel and combined subsurface pumps,but there is acme overlap between the adjacent clearance grades for integral barrel pumps and some diversity between the grade values of the two hos of pumps. This is a trouble to the users in selecting pump clearance.In the light of this deficiency,according to the criterion that the pump clearance grading depends on the selection of the plungers,several kinds of methods for selecting the pump plungers are presented.
