摘要
应用有限元技术对YCYJ12—5—53HB双驴头长冲程异形游梁式抽油机的支架进行了静强度和刚度分析,结果表明:该型抽油机支架的静强度和刚度安全余量过大。为此提出了修改方案,即用20号槽钢代替原大腿用钢,经有限元再分析,证明修改后的支架能满足工况要求,且重量减轻,制造成本降低。
The static strength and stiffness of the framework of YCYJ12-5-53HB double horsehead long stroke pumping unit are analyzed by use of the finite element method,the result shows the safety margins of static strength and stiffness are excessive. Lighter channel beams can be used instead of the original steel borns. The modified framework can satisfy the working requirement and result in a reduction in weight and cost.
