Development of High Speed Duplicating Head for Disca Magnetic Tape

文章按照磁头记录时所应满足的３个基本原则，确定了磁头的基本参数，在分析了高速复制用记录磁头的使用条件和要求之后，提出了高速复制用记录磁头所应有的磁路结构。研究制作的磁头性能符合使用要求，达到了国外同类磁头的参数指标。文章最后还讨论了磁芯材料性能和其它参数的变化对磁头性能的影响。

in term of three principles that must be satisfied in magnetic recording, the basic parameters of high speed duplication head were determined in this paper. After analysing the working conditions and demands for high speed duplicating head we put forward magnetic circuit structure of the head. The head developed in our laboratory may be used in high speed duplicating machine and all main characteristic parameters coincide with those of American products. At the end of this paper the influences of magnetic properties of core materials and other parameters on head characteristics were also treated.
