摘要
以河北杨优树无性系一年生枝条为外植体诱导愈伤组织,建立了河北杨体细胞抗盐性突变体离休筛选的实验系统,并以NaCl为选择剂,从未经诱变处理及 ̄(60)Coγ-射线或EMS诱变处理的愈伤组织材料中,通过一步和多步选择程序进行了抗性愈伤组织的筛选。共得到7个抗性变异系,并均已分化出完整植株。
One-year-old twing of plus tree's clone of Populus hopeiensis was used as the explantto induce callus. The experiment system to selsct salt-resistant mutants of P. hopeiesis was establishedby means of somatic culure in vitro. Using NaCl as selection agent, the mutants have beenseperated through the methods of one-step selection and poly-step selectiom from the callustreated either by  ̄(60)Co γ-rays or EMS and the callus with no treatmrnt. 7 resistant variation lineshave been chosen and all of them have regenerated new plants.
