花培春小麦新品种甘春16号的选育及其特性分析

BREEDING OF A NEW SPRING WHEAT CULTIVAR GANCHUN 16 USING ANTHER CULTURE AND ANALYSING OF ITS MAJOR CHARACTERISTICS

春小麦品种甘春１６号系采用花药培养结合后代南北异地选择技术育成，杂交组合为单３５７／甘春１１号。研究结果表明，该品种适应性广，稳产性好；既耐高温天气，抗干热风，又耐阴湿天气；茎秆弹性好，抗倒伏能力强；株型好，叶片构型和分布合理；对当前流行的小麦条锈病生理小种免疫。认为亲本选配是利用花培技术能否育成品种的关键，异地培育和选择有利于育成适应性广、稳产性好的品种。

Ganchun 16 is a nwely high-yield and stable-yield cultivar.It was derived by means of anther cul-ture combined with breeding technique of selection in different enviroments from Dan 357/Ganchun 1 6F_1 during 1978～1989. Ganchun 16 possesses some outstanding characteristics ,including good yieldstablity and wide adaptability; fine ripenning appearance owing to endurance to dampness as well ashigh temperature(>25℃)and atmospheric drought especially dry wind at filling stage; resistance tolodging because of good resilience of the basic node; ideal plant type and rational distribution ofleaves;resistance to current physiologic races of rust particularly“CY -29”;The authors consideredthat choice of parents is the most impotant key for breeding through anther culture,and selection in dif-ferent environments is benefitial to the improvement of stablity and adaptability.
