摘要
小麦不同生长阶段接种条点花叶病毒(WSMV)试验表明,利用寄主的症状反应和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定小麦品种的抗病性是一致的;初次证明BW155为耐病品种,其苗期与成株期抗病性均高于其它品种;对小麦生育后期感染WSMV产生的枯死斑过敏反应症状进行生物学接种试验,ELISA测定及超薄切片的电镜观察,表明枯死斑症状是寄主限制病毒向健康绿色组织进一步扩展的保护性反应,枯斑大小及扩展速度与品种的抗病性有关。
Through inoculation at different stages , the symptom severity and ELISA value were showed reli-able and consistent for identifying wheat resistance to wheat streak mosaic virus; It was the first time toreport BW 155 as a good WSMV-tolerant variety whether infected at seeding stage or adult stage;When wheat inoculated by WSMV at late growth stage ,it will produce some necrotic spots,a hyper-sensitive reaction, which accumulated a lot of virus particles so as to protect the adjacent green tissuevirus free ,and that result was tested by biological inoculation, ELISA detection and observation byelectron microscopy.
