产瘫52例神经松解手术效果分析

Analysis of the results of neurolysis for 52 cases of brachial plexus injuries at birth

１９８２年～１９９２年，应用显微外科技术对５２例产瘫行神经松解手术，经３个月到７年随访，优良率达８０．８％。本组病例手术时年龄自３个月以内到４岁以上，随访结果发现早期手术及术中正确判断神经变性程度是手术成功的关键。对产瘫行神经松解手术的适应证、早期手术时机及早期手术麻醉等问题进行了讨论。

Abstract From 1982 to 199252 cases birth injuries of brachial plexus Were treated With microsurgical endoneurlysis and was followed up for 3 months to 7 years.The excellent and good rate was 80.8%.The results of the patients aged from 3 months to 4 years showed that early operation and correct judgement of nervous degeneration during surgery are keys to surgical success.The indications,time,and anaesthesia are discussed.
