Abstract Four cases of quadrilateral space syndrome are reported.This syndrome is uncommon, however,it can be identified through thorough examination in patients with shoulder and neck pain. In patients suspected of cervical spondylosis and thoracic outlet syndrome but have tenderness at the site of quadrilateral space, the quadrilateral space syndrome should be considered.Early surgical decompression is indicated as soon as the diagnosis is established.
