应用CO_2激光吻合周围神经的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过应用CO2激光吻合法与手缝组(外膜缝合法,9-0尼龙线)吻合大白鼠坐骨神经,对其神经生长及肌电图恢复进行比较,以了解激光吻合周围神经的可行性。通过肌电图检测,发现激光吻合组和手缝组在术后2周、4周、8周时,神经吻合口远端运动神经诱发电位的潜伏期(P>0.05),两者无显著差异;病理学观察及电镜观察均可看到再生神经纤维过吻合口区,达到远端肌肉.肌力得以恢复。因此应用CO2激光器吻合周围神经是一种可行的吻合神经的新方法. Abstract CO2 laser technique and epineurial suture technique with 9-0 nylon stitches were used to anatomose the sciatic nerve in 18 SD. white rats,with 9 in each group. Electrophsiological and pathological studies were undertaken.No significant ference was found in the latent Period of evoked motor action potential distal to the anatomosis site between.the two groups, at 2、4 and8 weeks postoperatively (P>0.05).Regenerative fibers were found passing the anastomosis site under light and electron microscope in rats of both groups,with recovery of muscle strength.We conclude that CO_2 laser technique is a practicable method.
