摘要
本文针对ＰＹ４００（改造）型综放支架在使用中出现较为严重的底座耳板撕裂和连杆销子剪断破坏现象，进行了全面的力学分析和对破坏构件的强度校核。找出了该支架的破坏机理，并且提出了消除支架破坏现象有关建议，为支架改造和新型支架设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
AbstractAimed at serious fracture of base plate and shearedbroken of the connecting rod pin of PY400(modified)fully mechanized mining support during work ,the papermade whole mechanical analysis and strength check ofbroken parts,and found the failure mechanism of thesupport,proposed suggestion to prevent it from damage.The results in this paper may be used as the theoreticalbasis for modifying old supports and designing newsupports
