改善飞行人员的工作环境,提高舒适和安全性是航空界生命保障人员不断追寻的目标。他们面临的三个方面的问题是:(1)座椅的舒适性问题,它应保证飞行员和机组成员执行长时间飞行任务后不产生明显不适;(2)耳机和头盔的佩戴舒适性及噪声隔离;(3)座椅及座垫的碰撞安全性问题。本文主要介绍了国外新近研制的座椅垫、耳机、头盔产品及新型材料,它们明显改善了飞行人员操作环境的舒适程度,减少了噪声,提高了碰撞时的安全性。

Safety and comfort have been foremost issues for aviation circles. Seat cushions and armrests must be comfortable enough for pilot to endure long missions . Headsets and helmets should be wearable for extended periods without undue distress. Communication must be facilitated, with noise attenuation to protect hearing and improve signal-to-noise. New technologies and materials are introduced in this article .
