摘要
基于Ba(0.5)Mg3(Si3AlO(10))F2-Mg2Al4Si5O(18)-Ca3(PO4)2系统,制备出了以含Ba碱土云母为主晶相的可切削玻璃陶瓷,弯曲强度σb=229MPa,断裂韧性K(IC)=2.48MPa·m(1/2),钻孔速度大于7mm/min。优良性能的获得借助于Ba云母玻璃陶瓷可控的微观组织,即相互交错的云母晶体和“卷心菜”的组织特征,观察到了两类典型的断口形貌:云母晶体层内断的层状花样和沿(001)晶面层间断的小刻面花样.
Glass-ceramic containing barium-mica in the systerm Ba(0.5)Mg3(Si3AlO(10))F2 Mg2Al4Si5O(18)Ca3(PO4)2 show high mechanical strength and good machinability,σb=229 MPa,K(IC)=2.48MPa.m(1/2),drilling speed>7mm/min. Such good properties are attributable to the controlledmicrostructure of the barium-mica-containing glass-ceramics,i.e.inter locking mica crystalsand″cabbage-head″feature,Two kinds of typical fracture pattern were observed,i.e.layerlacks pattern and cleavage pattern.
