摘要
针对与增强体相关的微裂纹萌生机制,文章根据McClintock柱状空穴演化方程,得到了一个非连续体增强金属基复合材料断裂应变的预报方程,通过对SiCp/Al、SiCp/2024Al、Al2O3p/2024Al、SiCp/7075Al等复合材料单轴拉伸条件下实际断裂应变的测定,发现预报值与文章和文献中的实测值有良好的一致性。
According to McClintock cylindrical microcrack evolution equation a fracture strain ex-pression is derived to predict the fracture strain of DRMMCs(discontinuously reinforcedmetal matrix composites)with the crack initiation mechanisms concerned with reinforce-ments。 The DRMMCs contain various contents of reinforcements,SiCp/Al,SiCp/2024AlAl2O3/2024Al and SiCp/7075Al are produced with powder metallurgical method and mea-sured their fracture strain in uniaxial tension;The comparisons of the measured resuIts inthis work and in literature with the predicted resuIts show good agreement.
