摘要
针对与增强体相关的微裂纹萌生机制，文章根据ＭｃＣｌｉｎｔｏｃｋ柱状空穴演化方程，得到了一个非连续体增强金属基复合材料断裂应变的预报方程，通过对ＳｉＣｐ／Ａｌ、ＳｉＣｐ／２０２４Ａｌ、Ａｌ２Ｏ３ｐ／２０２４Ａｌ、ＳｉＣｐ／７０７５Ａｌ等复合材料单轴拉伸条件下实际断裂应变的测定，发现预报值与文章和文献中的实测值有良好的一致性。
According to McClintock cylindrical microcrack evolution equation a fracture strain ex-pression is derived to predict the fracture strain of DRMMCs(discontinuously reinforcedmetal matrix composites)with the crack initiation mechanisms concerned with reinforce-ments。 The DRMMCs contain various contents of reinforcements,SiCp/Al,SiCp/2024AlAl2O3/2024Al and SiCp/7075Al are produced with powder metallurgical method and mea-sured their fracture strain in uniaxial tension;The comparisons of the measured resuIts inthis work and in literature with the predicted resuIts show good agreement.
