摘要
通过对渗碳钢试样缺口实施表面滚压以提高渗碳钢的缺口疲劳强度,并对提高作用的机理进行了探讨,试验结果表明,表面滚压可使渗碳钢缺口疲劳极限提高78%~121%,达到1000MPa以上,超过未滚压光滑试样的疲劳极限,其强化效果相当显著;在各种影响因素中,缺口处由表面滚压引入高的残余压应力是提高缺口疲劳强度的主导因素。
It is attempted to apply surface folling to notched specimen of carburizedsteel so as toincrease its notched fatigue strength, and its mechanism is also investigeted.The experimen-tal results show that notched fatigue limits of carburized steel can be increased by 78%~121%due to surface rolling, reaching up to above 1000 MPa and exceeding the fatigue limitof non-rolled smooth specimens。 The high compressive residual stresses at notch caused bysurface rolling play a dominant role in the increase of notched fatigue strength.
