摘要
在计算机集成制造环境下,零件检测规程的智能化生成是产品质量控制过程中一种占据极重要地位的检测预准备模式。文章从方法论和软件实现两角度出发,论述了用于坐标测量机的基于特征的检测规划专家系统MEASPLAN,提出了一种事件驱动的层次式检测规划智能问题的求解模型和相对应的结构化的知识形式化的方法,同时,亦给出了其在求解具体检测规划问题中的应用。
The intelligent generation for the inspection planning of parts plays an important role in-preparing the information for inspecting operations based on quality control procedures.Thispaper,from the angle of methodology and software realization,introduces a feature-basedexpert inspection planning system for coordinate measuring machines,A new event-drivenmodel of hierarchical problem solving and the correspondent method for achieving the for-malization of structured junctions are put forward.Based on this model,a prototype expertsystem, named MEASPI,AN,has been developed successfully.Furthermore,an example touse MEASPItAN for solving the problem of inpsection planning is given.
