摘要
首次提出并采用安全检查表与层次分析相结合的石油化工企业环境风险评价方法,对我国运转中的一套丙烯腈系列装置进行系统风险评价和健康风险评价,建立了丙烯腈系列装置安全风险评价层次结构体系,开发了风险评价事故数据库软件。通过评价找出事故隐患,发现氰氢酸是导致职工慢性中毒的主要因素。评价结果表明,事故记录的准确性和事故档案保存的完好性对于评价至关重要。
Combination of safety check list and analytical hierarchy process, a new method of environmental risk assessment,was proposed and applied to the risk assessment of a petrochemical complex.It has been proved to be effective in the comprehensive risk assessment of the acrylonitrile plant of a petrochemical complex in Shanghai. The hierarchy structural system of safety risk assessment is put forward. A computer data base of accidents was established on the basis of records from 1976 to 1991, and a software of analytical hierarchy process was used in calculation of the weights of assessment subsystems. the assessment of the plant showed that the comprehensive risk was acceptable as a whole, while the accident health risk exceeded the acceptable level.
