摘要
气冲造型机的实砂效果,主要取决于冲击阀开启的瞬间,由贮气室进入砂箱顶部余隙腔的冲击气流的升压速度.本设计采用撞击式冲击阀、栅格式阀板和增设较大的背包等一系列措施,使大型气冲造型机的气冲升压速度在阀板开启的最初1~2ms内迅速提高.这将使大型气冲造型机的能级、适用性及技术经济指标提高到一个新的水平.
The Effect of the Air Impact molding machine on the sand compaction principally depends on the rate of increasing impact presure (dp/dt )of the air flow from the presure vassel intothe top space of the flask at the moment when the valve is opened. A Series of measuressuch as the ramming impact valve, quick- release valve and enlarged air back chamber etc.are adopted in the design to speed- up rapidly the rate of increasing impact presure (dp/dt)within the initial 1~2 milli-seconds as soon as the valve is opened.Thercafter, the energy level,applicability and technical and economical targets of the large air impact molding machinewill be increased to an. unprecedented level.
