气冲造型机的实砂效果，主要取决于冲击阀开启的瞬间，由贮气室进入砂箱顶部余隙腔的冲击气流的升压速度．本设计采用撞击式冲击阀、栅格式阀板和增设较大的背包等一系列措施，使大型气冲造型机的气冲升压速度在阀板开启的最初１～２ｍｓ内迅速提高．这将使大型气冲造型机的能级、适用性及技术经济指标提高到一个新的水平．

The Effect of the Air Impact molding machine on the sand compaction principally depends on the rate of increasing impact presure (dp/dt )of the air flow from the presure vassel intothe top space of the flask at the moment when the valve is opened.
