湿法磷复肥生产中料浆泵叶轮用材失效机理分析

摘要 湿法磷复肥生产中料浆泵叶轮承受着极为苛刻的腐蚀磨损环境.影响叶轮破坏的因素很多,既有材料本身的因素,又受介质环境因素的很大影响,两方面因素相互交织,相互促进,使得这一问题复杂化.本文基于对这一问题诸多方面的系统研究后指出:在湿法磷复肥生产介质条件下料浆泵叶轮的失效以腐蚀为主,磨损为辅的机理. Various factors affect the failure of blade wheel in slurry pump which bears extreme ad-verse corrosion and abrasion circumstances during the wet production process of compositephosphate fertilizer. Furthermore, mutual infltuence and reciprocal deterioration of these factorsmake the analysis of failure mechanism of the wheel rather complicated. Thus,understandingto this problem is quite varied.After synthetical investigation to the problem it is pointed outthat in this paper the failure mechanism of a blade wheel in the production of compositephosphate fertilizer is mainly in the form of corrosion while abrasion plays the second role.
