摘要
通过精细陶瓷零件──陶瓷摩擦盘的平面、内孔及外圆弧的加工,探讨了为攻克几何精度要求高、表面粗糙度应可调等加工难关而采用的工艺方案,讨论了加工中材料去除机理,设计了合适的专用设备及工装,合理选择了磨削用量,从而实现了陶瓷零件优质高效低成本的加工.
On the basis of machining ceramic parts including the plane, internal hole and outside circle arc of ceramic friction disk. the mechanism of ceramic material removal is discussed.In order to achieve the machining surface of ceramic parts with high quality, the special equipment and clipping instruments are designed and the rational grinding parameters are selected.
