摘要
介绍了宽范围高精度测速系统的基本原理，研究了其工作过程、硬件电路配置和软件设计．该测速系统可用于速度调节系统中，也可单独作为测速装置使用．
The paper deals with the basic principle of a speed measurement system with wide extent and high precision,and introduces the system's working process,hardware selection and software design. The system proposed here-can be equipped into the speed regulating system and used independently as speed measurement equipment as well.
