摘要
对径向滑动轴承中润滑油膜从层流到湍流的流动状态进行了研究,分析了轴承中润滑油膜的速度分布、压力分布及间隙比、偏心率等参数的影响.本文对滑动轴承润滑油膜流动的分析方法不同于以往的局部理论和小参数理论,而采用原始变量的差分法直接从运动基本方程出发,对运动方程中小量项不作删减,同时对偏心率和间隙比的大小也不作特别的限制,因而具有广泛性和通用性.研究结果表明:轴承稳定性与间隙比有很大关系,临界Taylor数随偏心率和间隙比有较大变化,涡动强度在轴承圆周方向随位置不同而不同,同时受间隙比影响较大.
The study of Taylor vortex flow in rotating eccentric cylinders can be classified into three methods as the local theory of Diprima, the Dcrturbation method of Ritche and the small parameter method of Stuart.All these methods have limitations when extended to the calculation of practical bearing which is a full 3-dimensional problem. Different from the methods mentioned above,the primitive variation method.which is based on the complcte 3-dimensional N-S(NavicrvStokcs)equations, is used in this peper to study the Taylor vortex flow in rotating eccentric cylinders.The authors of this paper do not make the assumption of small parameter and lace no restriction on eccentricity ratio and clearencc raho;hence the analysis of this paper is applicable to any value of eerentricity and clearence.With the method presented in this paper the now of fluid film,the distribution of velocity,pressure as well as the effect of clearence ratio and eccentricity ratio on the bearing property are calculated in this paper, It is found that:(1) the clcarencc ratio and eccentricity ratio have great effect on bearing stability; (2) the chticial Taylor number depends strongly on the clearencc ratio and eccentricity ratio;(3) the vortiees have different energies at different angular position on the rotating Cylinders and similarly arc much affected by the clearence ratio.
