摘要
用低频倒扭摆内耗法研究了CuZn合金中贝氏体预相变。发现在贝氏体孕育期内发生了溶质原子偏裂并形成溶质的贫化区与富化区,在内耗谱上出现偏聚过程内耗峰和弛豫内耗峰,用相关态理论解释了弛豫内耗峰的形成机理.还发现贝氏体的相变内耗峰具有切变的特性。
The pre-bainitic transformation in a Cu-42.85wt% Zn alloy was studied by means of low frequenCy inverse pandulum internal friction which is sensitive about the change of microstructure and atomic movement in solid state materials. It was found that, there exist three internal friction peaks.One is caused in the Droccss of Zn segregation, which was confirmed by composition analysis, and the cause of Zn segregation was discussed. The other related to the segregated Zn cluster is a relaxation peak which is not of Debye type but is induced by the correlated movement of Zn atoms in the cluster and was explained by the theory of correlated states. The third is a bainitic transformation internal friction peak which is accompanied by a large zero point shift showing the shear feature of bainite nucleation.
