摘要 综述了最近几年来陶瓷材料循环疲劳的研究进展状况,内容包括陶瓷材料在循环载荷作用下的疲劳寿命,疲劳裂纹扩展规律和循环疲劳破坏机理.现有的研究说明了循环载荷引起的疲劳破坏要比静载荷大的多,因而在陶瓷结构件设计中必须考虑循环作用的影响. We write this paper with a view to informing Chinese researchers of the latest devolopments in Cyclic fatigue research on ceramics. It is believed that the preliminary conclusions reached after analyzing the findings of our survey may even be of some interest ic international scientists in thiS field. In recent years. many investigations have been conducted on the study of cyclic fatigue effect of ceramics.Some researchers were uncertain about the existence of cyclic fatigue effect; they suggested that such fatigue could be attributed to the effect of environmentally enhanced slow crack growth. After careful analysis of existing experirnental data available to us, we think that there docs exist cyClic fatigue effect for ceramics. At present, the usually used formula for expressing cyclic fatigue life is , but it docs not take cyclic fatigue limit into consideration. We believe that the formula , where ac is the cyclic fatigue limit, is in reasonable agreement with experimental results and therefore should replace Nf = Aσ-n..
