摘要
对结构在考虑双非线性(弹塑性和大挠度)情况下的动态响应进行了数值分析和试验研究.建立了双非线性分析模型,编制了有关的通用有限元程序,完善和改进了鸟撞专用程序—BINA(BirdImpactNonlinearAnalysis)程序。文中考虑了三维方向的剪应力和惯性力的影响,因此不仅可以分析薄板,薄壳,也为较大动载下的厚板、厚壳的分析提供了方便.同时,使用SHPB(SplitHopkinsonPressureBar)试验装置,测定了四边形固支的LY12CZ方板试件在不同点撞击载荷作用下的响应,根据实测载荷,用本文方法对试件进行了非线性数值计算,与试验结果比较表明两者吻合较好,进一步验证了本文程序的可行性和SHPB试验装置的可靠性.
By using numerical calculation and experimental analysis, the dynamic response of the structure considering nonlincarity (elasto-plastic and large deformation) was d'iscussed. In this paper, an analysis of a model of dual nonlincarity was made and an universal FEP (Finite Element program) was compiled. Furthermore, the BINA (Bird Impact Nonlinear Analysis) program was improved. This paper considers shear stresses and incrtial forces in three directions, thus it not only can analyse thin plate and shell, but also provide useful values for thick plate and shell'undcr large dynamic load.By SHPB (Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar) experimental set-up, the response of LY12CZ plate clamped on all four edges to transverse impact loading was measured. According to the measured load,the nonlinear numerical calculation is performed for the plate by the present method. Calculated and experimental results are in fairly good agreement.
