摘要
传感器的自热延迟经常形响着温度的动态测量精度.给传感器通以电流可以使自热延迟得以改善.本文采用模糊控制器控制加热电流,使传感器的调节时间缩短.对于正温度变化采用了热敏电阻,对于正负温度变化采用热电偶对此方法进行了测定.
We present a new method of measuring dynamic temperature which makes use of fuzzy control. It makes it unnecessary to have auxiliary electric circuits which, due to limitation of reliability and safety, are needed by traditional methods for improvement of dynamic temperature measurement.Such improvement is made possible through the following four technical measures:(1) Measuring system is internally heated by supplying it with strong current. Thus thermal process is accelerated.(2) Fuzzy control of current is used to improve the robustness and the measuring speed of the measuring system.(3) Joule's effect requires the design to ensure that resistor sensor works only when temperaturc is using.(4) Our design takes full advantage of Pclticr effect to allow thermocouple work regardless of whether temperature is rising or dropping.Two experiments with our new method meet with success: response time of the temperature sensors is reduced by a faction of nearly ten. One cxperiment uses resistor sensor NTC YSI44031. The other experiment uses J-shape thermocouple.
