狗喉上神经袢神经束性质的鉴别

THE HISTOCHEMICAL IDENTIFICATION OF THE NERVE FIBER CONMPONENTS IN THE SUPERIOR LARYNGEAL NERVE LOOP

用成年杂种狗１２只，在全麻状态下放血，取其颈交感干与喉上神经外支间的交通支及其与喉上神经外支汇合后的神经干，甲醛固定，明胶包埋，恒冷切片后用Ｋａｒｎｏｖｓｋｙ乙酰胆碱酯酶组化方法，对上述材料进行观察。我们发现交通支多为无髓纤维，酶反应呈强阳；混合后的神经含有髓酶反应阳性和阴性纤维及无髓酶反应强阳性纤维，证实喉上神经袢含有体躯运动、内脏运动（交感神经）纤维及感觉纤维。因此，喉上神经拌为混合神经。

sing Karnovsky's histochemical method, the different parts of the superior laryngeal nerve(SLM) loop from 12 dogs after immediate sacrifice,including communicating branch between su-perior cervical sympathetic ganglion and external laryngeal nerve branch and several segments ofthe mixed trunks,were examined for their acetvlcholinsterase activities to distingush the fibercomponents of the SLN loop,The specimens were fixed with 6% formalin (PH7)for 1h,imbed-ded in gelatin,cut into 7μm slices,mounted in glasses,incubated in the medium prepared accord-ing to Karnovsky and Roots, direction for 24 hrs,and then observed under the light microscope.The results showed that the communicating branch contained mainly unmylinated fiberswhich showed strong enzymatic activity . the mixed nerve trunks consisted of myelinated axons,some of which showed enzamatic activity and others failed to react, and unmyelinated fiberswhich showed strong enzamatic activity. These results demonstrated that the SLN loop is com-posed of motor,sensory nerve fibers and sympathetic postganglion nerve fibers.Therefore,SLNloop is a mixed nerve instead of a motor nerve.
