原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者体液免疫指标与血小板功能测定的分析

STUDY ON THE RALATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHANGES OF HUMORAL IMMUNE AND PLATELET FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH IDIO-PATHIC THROMBOCYTOPENIC PURPURA

本文检测了２８例ＩＴＰ组患者的体液免疫指标，以及血小板粘附功能、聚集功能，并与正常组、对照组作了比较。观察了ＩＴＰ患者的各类体液免疫指标的变化以及这些指标之间的相互关系。分析了ＩＴＰ组患者各类体液免疫指标与血小板数量，以及与血小板粘附、聚集功能之间的关系。揭示ＩＴＰ患者ＰＡＩｇＧ增高不但与血小板数量减少有关，而且与患者的血小板的粘附功能降低有关。
