摘要
本文报告单次静脉注射大剂量维生素C的药代动力学研究。采用改进后的高效液相色谱法测定血清维生素C浓度。9例成年受试者单次静脉注射维生素C10g后的药时曲线经非线性最小二乘法自动拟合,符合二室开放模型。平均药时方程是C_1=680.0224 ̄(-0.64646t)+28.7868 ̄(-0.044t)。主要动力学参数为tl/2a=1.10±0.17h,tl/2β=17.67±6.3h,Vc=14.48±2.3l,V2=131.43±421。并对实验结果的临床意义进行了讨论。
n improved High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method for determination of vita-mine c in serum was used. The pharmacokinetics of high-dose vitamine c was studied in 9adults after intravenous injection of a dose of 10g。 The data were fitted by nonlinear regressionautomatic program and proved to be,ubjected to two compartment open model. The serum con-centration-time equation vyas Ct=680. 0224 ̄(0.646t)+28. 7868 ̄(0.044t).
