糖尿病兔早期血液流变学动态研究

A DYNAMIC STUDY OF EARLY CHANGES OF HEMORHEOLOGY IN DIABETIC RABBITS

本文通过正常兔与四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病兔３天、１４天、２８天血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原和血液流变学测定比较，发现糖尿病兔３天即出现血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），２８天后，除上述变化处，还原粘度、聚集指数、全血粘度显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）．表明糖尿病兔早期即出现血液流变学异常变化。为此，及早控制糖尿病以及由此引起的慢性并发症有积极意义。

his paper reports the result of changes of blood glucoes, lipids, fibrinogen and blood rhe-ology on the 3rd day, 14th day and 28th day in diabetic rabbits as compared with normal rabbitsWe have discovered that all of the blood glucose, lipids,fibrinoger and plasma viscosity weresignificantly elevated(p<0. 01) on the third day.Reduced viscosity,aggrdgation index and thewhole blood viscosity were elevated obviously too(P<0.01).on the 28th day。 It demonstratedthat tbe abnormal blood rheology has been present at rhe early stage of diabetic rabbits, whichhas clinical significance in the treatment of diabetic patients。
