脆弱类杆菌对常用抗微生物药物的敏感性测定

本文采用微量稀释法，测定了目前临床常用的１５种抗微生物药物对近期从患者标本中分离出的５０株脆弱类杆菌的药物最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）和最低杀菌浓度（ＭＢＣ），并进行了比较。结果表明，该菌对各种抗微生物药物的敏感性不同。本结果提示了临床对厌氧菌感染的药物选择。

he sceptibilities of 50 strains of Bacteroides fragilis,isolated from clinical specimen, to 15kiM,of antimictobial agents were tested.Minimal inhibitory concentration.(MIC) and minimalbactericidal concentrations(MBC)of drugs were determined employins micro-dilution metbod. Th,results indicated that these straing were resistant to some antimicrobial agents. The choiceof sensitive drugs for patients infected with anaerobic bacteria was suggesred.
