摘要
实验用0.2%和0.05%多虑平贴膏溶液抗2,4一二硝基氯苯所致小鼠皮肤过敏反应。降低小鼠耳肿胀重量分别为11.4±1.3和11.6±11.2mg,生理盐水(NS)为15.9±2.2mg(P<0.01);抗组胺所致大鼠皮肤血管扩张面积分别为0.04±0.06和0.40±0.54cm ̄2,NS为1.42±0.71cm ̄2(P<0.01);提高组胺对豚鼠的致痒阈分别为635.5±99和158±43mg,NS为30±29.4μg(P<0.01);抗炎性刺激所致毛细血管通透性吸光度分别为0.17±0.05和0.20±0.13,NS为0.39±0.06(P<0.01)。结果表明多虑平贴膏有很强的抗过敏作用,是一种新型抗过敏制剂。
n this study we measured the ablity of doxepin adhesive patch(DAP)to antagonize allergicreactions,Three doses of DAP containing 0. 2% and 0. 5% of doxepin respctively decreased sig-nificantly the mouse ear weights related to the cutaneous allergic reaction induced by 2,4-dini-trochlorobezene,the ear weights of treated groups were 11,4± 1.3 and 11.6± 1.2mg respeetively,and the weight of control group was 15.9±2. 2m(all P <0. 01);DAP also reduced vasodilationareas provoked by histamine on the bake of the rats.the areas in treated groups were 0.04 ±0.06and 0. 40 ± 0. 54cm, and the control,group was 1. 42 ± 0. 71cm(all P <0. 01). Two doses of DAPcontaining 0, 2% and 0.05 % of doxepin respectively increased the amounts of histamine to pro-voke itching response on the skin of guinea pigs by 635 5 ± 99 and 158 ± 43ug, as compared with30 ± 29.4ug of control groug (all P<0.01);and decreased the infiammatory capillary permeabilityby 0. 17±0.05 and 0.20±0. 13(A value)in treated mouse, control mice:0.39±0.06(all P<0.01)。These experiments demonstrate that DAP is a potent anti-allergic prepration。
