放射状角膜切开术后视力及屈光的动态变化

DYNAMIC CHANGES OF VISION AND RE-FRACT10N AFTER RADIAL KERATOTOMY

本文连续观察了２０７只眼放射状角膜切开术后两年内视力及屈光的动态变化。术后初期绝大多数表现为远视，三天内达正常视力者仅为１９．８％。随着时间的推移，远视降低，裸眼视力上升。低中度近视术后１～３月趋于稳定，两年内视力≥５．０者达８９．５％和９２．４％。高度近视和超高度近视组术后初期视力较好，后期呈下降趋势，两年时正常视力有４９．３％和１９．０％。还报告了视力的日间波动及个体变化。

isual acuity and refraction of radial keratotomy in 207 eyes were consecutivly studied fortwo years. The overwhelming morjority cases showed hyperopia in early postoperative period, andonly 19、8% of eyes had normal vision in three days after surgery.By the time past,the proportionof nomal vision cases increased, while hyperopia cases drcreased. In mild and moderate myopia, theeffects of RK trented to stability 1-3 months postoperatively, and the eyes with visual acuity of 5. 0 or better accounnted for 89. 5% and 92.4% respectively at two years。 In high myopia and vety highmyopia vlsual acuity were better in early stage than that in Iater stage。 49. 3% of eyes(high my-opia)and 19. 0% of eyes(very high myopia) achieved visual acuity of 5.0 or better two years aftersurgery. daily visual fluctuation and individual differences were studied as well。
