冷轧带肋钢筋预应力混凝土圆孔板强度、刚度、抗裂性的试验研究

摘要 通过6块板的试验,研究了冷轧带肋钢筋预应力混凝土圆孔板的强度、刚度和抗裂性,试验表明,该类板的开裂弯矩、破坏弯矩和挠度值均满足通用图集的检验要求。由于冷轧带肋钢筋的延伸率及与混凝土之间的握裹力均高于冷拔低碳钢丝,所以,对于以冷轧带助钢筋作为预应力筋的圆孔板可采用C25混凝土;混凝土强度等级的降低,可节约水泥用量,获得较好的经济效益。 By the tests on 6 slabs, the strength,rigidity and crack resistance are studied for presteressed round-hole slabs reinforced with cold rolled deformed bars.The test results show that the cracking moment. collapse moment and deformention of the slabs meet the examining requirements in thegeneral-purpose diagram. Because the extending rate and holding power of concrete with cold rolled deformed bars are higher than that of cold drawn low carbon wire,this kind of slab can use C25 concrete. The lowed strength grade of concrete can save the ameunt of cement and obtain better economic results.
