New Mileage, New Development──A Review on Ten Years'Research on Mr.Zhenghe

１９８５年７月，纪念伟大航海家郑和下西洋５８０周年大会在南京隆重召开。这次大会，不但规模空前，声势浩大，而且肇启了郑和研究的热潮，标志着郑和研究进入了一个新阶段。纪念大会以来的十年，出版的各类专著、论文集、资料集等近２０种，发表的论文达５００余篇，远远超过１９８４年以前的八十年的总和。这样丰硕的成果，为人物研究、事件研究所罕见，也为学术界所瞩目。该文略述了十年来郑和研究的概况。

In July, 1985, the 580th anniversary on the great navigator,Mr.Zhenghe's going West Was solemnly opened in Nanjing. With a grand and influencial scale, this meeting initiated a campaign for study on Zhenghe, which shows that the research has entered a new stage.For ten years since the commemoration meeting,there have been published about 20 sorts of works, papers and documents including ovet 500 essays, much mere than the total sum in all 80 years before 1984. Such rich achievements in the respect of research on persons and events are rare and outstading within the academic circles.This article gives a brief account of the study on Mr.Zhenghe for ten years.
