介绍一种用三根并排的光纤组成的差动补偿式微压传感器.传感器采用了差动补偿的检测方法,其输出不受光源强度波动、反射片反射率变化等的影响.该传感器在20kPa的测量范围内保持0.48%的线性度,长时间稳定性为0.2%/4小时.
A differential micropressure transducer with compensation is introduced. It is composed of three side by side arranged optical fibres. The transducer is based on differential compensation detecting method, its output is unaffected by the inflection if the intensity if light source and the variation of reflection rate of the reflector. The linearity of the transducer in 20kPa measuring range maintains 0. 48%, and the long term stability is 0. 2% per 4 hours.
