介绍一种高精度测量方法和电路,及其在超导智能温度测控仪中的实现.该仪表与55Ω铑铁电阻温度计配用,可在4~300K温区工作,精确度达±0.01%(0.005Ω),分辨率达0.01K(0.001Ω),控温稳定度达0.01K,定点稳定时间可达8小时.
A high precision measuring method and related circuit as well as its implementation in intelligent superconductive temperature monitor are introduced. By adapting the instrument with 550 ohms Rh-Fe resistance thermometer, the operating range reaches 4-300K, the accuracy is +/-0. 01% (0. 005 ohm), the resolution is 0. 01K (0. 001 ohm), the control stability is 0. 01K and the stable time at fixed point could be 8 hours.
