电子仪器整机的高可靠性是由组成它的各单元电路及其组装工艺的高可靠性来提供保证。设计中，必须将整机的可靠性指标合理的分配给各个部分，以便对各单元及其元器件提出必要而恰当的可靠性指标要求。

The overall reliability of electronic instruments is assured by the reliability of their unit circuits and their assembly technology. Its distribution on every composed unit during design period must be rationaly and properly arranged so that to set a necessary and proper reliability demands on every unit and components , such as failure rate distribution.
