本文介绍通过采用物理机械共混法来研制具有优良综合性能的ABS/PVC塑料合金树脂,并探讨了ABS/PVC合金材料存在的可能性和共混配方筛选过程中对力学性能、热稳定性、流变性能的研究。该产品的主要技术性能基本上达到了国内通用型中抗冲ABS树脂和国外类似产品的指标。

In the article, the exellent comprehensive propertics of ABS/PVC blend resin is studied with physics-mechine blend methods.The materials of ABS/PVC blend is possible and the heat stubility、 mechanical properties、rheological behavior in the processing of the blend formuld of screening and seleting are also discussed. The main technical stundards of the produds has basic fundamental achieved the index for inlernal the ABS resin of the middle level impact resistance of available type and external similar products.
