摘要
在塑料热板焊的加热周期里,塑料热熔,并在压力下溢出流动。热熔体的流出量与各工艺参数之间有一个明确的对应关系。该关系式对于设计加热工艺,保证焊接成品的尺寸精度有重要的应用价值。在加热时装置进给量限制器,能更好地发挥加热效率,保证工艺质量。在热板焊的焊接周期里,通过热熔体的流变分析可以定量地确定焊区内的二维流速分布。这对于了解塑料在焊缝中的取向、结晶等过程,将是一个重要的基础。
In this paper the heated tool welding process consisting of the heating
and joining period is discussed.It is found a mathematical relationship
between the flow of the heated material and the process parameters
during beating. This relationship can be applied to optimize the heating
process and to guarantee the preciseness of the welded products.
By analyzing and computing the rheological behavior of the heated
plastics in the joining period there exists a possibility to determine
quanfifafively the twodimensional velocity distribution and the flow of
the material in the welding zone, and consequently to understand the
orientation and crystallization of the thermoplastics.
