摘要 近年来、共混热塑性弹性体的发展,已引起了人们愈来愈强烈的兴趣。本文介绍了用国产聚氯乙烯树脂,丁腈橡胶为主体材料,制造非硫化型共混热塑性弹性体的方法,并考查了PVC/NBR的共混比、混炼工艺、填料、防老剂对热塑性弹性体力学性能影响,最后对实验结果进行了讨论。 In recent years, the development of new type rubber/plastics blendedthermoplastic elastomer interests people more and more.In this paper,the method of manufacture of non-crosslinking thermoplastic elastomerblended by polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and acrylonitrle-buladiene rubber(NBR)made in China was studied.The effects of mixing ratio ofPVC/NBR,mixing technology,fillers and antioxidants on mechanicalproperties of thermoplastic elastomer were investigated accordingly.And finally,the results of our experiments were also given in thispaper.
