脑室注射GABA对小鼠实验性胃溃疡及其粘液屏障的影响

EFFECTS OF INTRACEREBROVENTRICULAR INJECTION GABA ON EXPERIMENTAL GASTRIC ULCERS AND STOMACH MUCUS BARRIER IN MICE

报道小白鼠脑室注射ＧＡＢＡ（４ｍｌ）对无水乙醇（０．ｌｍｌ灌胃）、盐酸（０．２Ｎ，０．２ｍｌ灌胃）、消炎痛（３２ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１肌肉注射）和冷束缚应激（１℃）四种不同实验性胃溃疡及其粘液屏障的影响。实验结果表明：乙醇、盐酸和冷束缚诱导胃溃疡时，胃壁粘液量都显著减少，而消炎痛则无变化。脑室注射ＧＡＢＡ能加剧乙醇诱导型、消炎痛诱导型这两种胃溃疡，但对胃壁粘液量无明显影响。而脑室注射ＧＡＢＡ能抑制盐酸诱导型、冷束缚应激型胃溃疡，并使固壁粘液明显升高。本文对中枢ＧＡＢＡ能机制参与胃溃疡及胃粘液调节作了进一步探讨。

The paper reported the effects of intracerebroventricular injection GABA (4 umol) on four different gastric ulcerations induced by ethanol (0. 2ml, i. g. ), HCl (0. 2N, 0.2ml, i. g. ), indomethacin (32mg/kg, i. m. ) and cold restraint stress (1 C ) and their stomach mucus barrier in mice. The results were as follows:The mucus of stomach wail was reduced significantly (P<0. 05) by ethanol, HCI and cold restraint stress, but not by indomethacin. GABA (i. c. v. ) significantly exacerbated the development of gastric ulcers induced by ethanol and indomethacin (P<0. 05), but did not affect the mucus content of stomach wall (as compared with the groups of alone ethanol and indomethacin ). GABA (i. c. v. ) markedly inhibited the gastric uocers induced by HCI and cold restraint stress (P<0. 05), while significantly increased the mucus content of stomach wall (P <0. 05 as compared with alone HCI and cold restraint stress groups)All these above showed that ethanol, HCI and cold restraint stress --ulcers, except indomethacin --ulcer, were related to the weekening of gastric mucesal barrier. The inhibition of the activation of central GABAergic mechanism on HCl, cold restraint stress--ulcers was related to the potentiating of gastric mucosal hairier, where the exacerbation of that on ethanoland indomethacin--ulcers was not reined to the gastric mucusal barrier. It was suggested that the different effects of central GABAergic mechanism on the different experimentai gastric ulcers and gastric mucosal barriers of the stomach walls with the ulcers were the results of integration between the different messages inputted by the different ulcerogenic agents and GABA effects in C. N. S.
