摘要
给出广义分散控制系统使用分散输出导数反馈正常化的充要条件，提出了该系统正常化的算法及应用算法实例。
The present paper deals with the normalization of the singular decentral control systemsand the necessary and sufficient condition for the normalization. The procedure of the normalization iscalculable by means of elementary transformation. An example of normalization calculation is given inthis paper.
