摘要
用差示扫描量热技术(DSC)和核磁共振技术(NMR)研究了脂质体相变温度与人参皂苷Rb_1的关系。结果表明,Rb_1使二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱相变温度降低、流动性增加,改善了细胞膜的功能。
We studied the relationship between Ginsenoside- Rb_1, and phase conversion temperature ofthe liposome,using the technique of DSC and NMR. The Ginsenoside-Rb_1 can reduce phase conver- sion temperature of the liposome DPPC,increase it's fludity and improve the function of the cell’smembrane.
