摘要
采用窄扇形X射线探测器研制成一种预报系统。从应用角度介绍了该系统的工作原理,经微机图像处理可以检测到输送带内钢绳芯的断股、锈蚀、接头伸长错位等故障。当原带强度下降到90%以下或接头伸长错位大于10.24mm时,系统及时声响报警,保证煤矿安全生产。此外,本系统还为解决强力输送带运输系统的乘人问题创造了前提条件。
The working principles of a prediction system was described which consists of a narrow fan-shaped X-ray detector. The dislocation failures,such as broken core, rustiness of core, elongation of splice in the belts can be detected by image compensation by the computer. When the strength of belt reduces to less than 90%, or the elongation of splice is greater than 10. 24 mm, an alarm is given immediately to ensure safety in production. The system also provides pre-requisite for man-riding by use of belt conveyor.
